RFP-246 - Interim Framework Programs Evaluation Services

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the Independent Electricity System Operator (the “IESO”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of program evaluation services for two categories: i) Commercial Programs Evaluation and ii) Evaluation for Low Income and First Nations portfolio of programs offered by the IESO and those approved for delivery through Local Distribution Companies (LDCs), both in the Province of Ontario as further described in Section 2 of Appendix C – IESO Information & Requirements (the "Deliverables").
