Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the Independent Electricity System Operator (the “IESO”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Compliance audits for various programs as further described ‘Appendix C’ – Information & Requirements, for a period of approximately three (3) years. The IESO may, in its discretion, extend this period by up to one (1) additional year.
The IESO has divided the requested compliance audit services into three program categories. The IESO intends to procure one or more Service Providers, to a maximum of three, to provide the turn-key compliance audit services further described in Sections 1 and 2 of Appendix C. For clarity, the IESO is only seeking one qualified Service Provider per program category below:
1) Conservation First Framework (CFF) Wind Down.
2) Interim Framework (IF) Conservation Demand Management (CDM) Programs.
3) Funding Programs.

Intent to Submit a Proposal Form and Non-Disclosure Agreement (for Program Categories 1 and 2 only).
Proponents who intend to submit a Proposal in respect of program categories 1 and/or 2 described above must also submit a completed Intent to Submit a Proposal Form (Appendix G) and a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (Appendix H) by email to the IESO Contact listed in Section 1.7 in accordance with the RFP timetable in Section 1.5, in order to receive copies of the CFF Wind Down Compliance Audit Risk Control Matrix and Risk Impact Criteria (Appendix L) and/or the Interim Framework Compliance Audit Risk Control Matrix and Risk Impact Criteria (Appendix M), as may be applicable.
