The purpose of this RFP is to purchase maintenance and repair services as stipulated by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Generators and back-up power systems [Emergency power systems-that provide power to our lighting systems, elevators, stairway pressurization fans, fire pumps, and fire alarm systems, within various building structure that are classified as life safety].
