Notice of Intent (NOI):

This notice is to inform prospective vendors that Humber College is preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP) document for Re-paving of Parking Lot #1 at North Campus. A formal RFP document with the complete scope and specifications will be posted subsequently on MERX in the near future.

Brief Scope:

Humber College is looking for a Paving Contractor to repave the south section of Parking Lot #1 at North Campus. The scope of work will include repaving of the parking lot, repair of existing curbs and walkways surrounding the parking lot, paving of new walkways adjacent to the parking lot, and line painting of the new parking areas based on the design drawing. The full scope of work will need to be completed in the summer of 2021 and has an expected completion date of August 1, 2021.
