Event Note

An optional site visit has been arranged for all Proponents. The site visit will include a general review of the existing buildings and property. There will be a presentation on the scope of the project and the intent of this procurement process. Proponents may ask questions at this time although they will be considered informal. Formal questions will need to be submitted via Section 2.4 of this RFP. Although this is not a mandatory site visit, it is highly recommended that all Proponents attend.
