This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by Humber to obtain proposals from qualified and experienced Contractor(s) capable of supplying goods and services relating to the grounds and landscape maintenance at four (4) locations at North Campus. These locations are:
1. Queens Plate Parking Lot, 2 Janda Ct
2. Woodbine Downs Parking Lot, 85 Woodbine Downs Blvd
3. 110 Carrier Drive – Humber Center for Trades and Technology
4. 30 Carrier Drive – Humber Education and Training Solutions

In case a contractor is interested to visit the grounds in person, they are publicly accessible to anyone at any time. An optional in-person or virtual site visit can be scheduled with College representative Roman Fuzak, Facility Manager. Attendance of this optional visit must be requested by emailing to roman.fuzak@humber.ca. All such visits must be scheduled and completed latest by March 17, 2023.
