Notice of Intent (NOI):

This notice is to inform prospective vendors of the upcoming RFP for North Campus – Paving Projects 2022. A formal RFP document with the complete scope and specifications will be posted subsequently on MERX in the near future.

Brief Scope:

Humber College will be executing the following three (3) scopes of work this summer and they are as follows:
• Re-paving of the south portion of Arboretum Blvd., which includes the addition of concrete sidewalks
• Concrete paving of the LRC round-about drop-off area
• Re-grading of E-Building Courtyard for stormwater management
All these projects will need to be completed this year.
