Notice of Intent (NOI):

This is to notify prospective vendors that Humber College is in the process of developing a Request for Proposal (RFP) document to obtain proposals from General Contractors for the following renovation project:

Humber College is planning to renovate its existing Design Centre in building N at North Campus. The area in scope is around 12,900 sqft where we will be creating an open lab, gallery space, and converting existing design studios into 8 new design studios.

A formal RFP document is still under preparation and is expected to be posted on MERX in the near future.
