Notice of Intent (NOI):

This notice is to inform prospective vendors that Humber College is preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP) document for the 110 Carrier - Roof Replacement Project. A formal RFP with the complete scope and documents will be posted subsequently on MERX in the near future.

Brief Scope:

Remove and replace the existing old roof (approx. 90,000 sq. ft.) at 110 Carrier Drive with a 4 ply build-up roof system as per specifications. The existing roof has multiple rooftop units (RTU’s), solar panels, and skylights.
