Notice of Intent (NOI):

This notice is to inform prospective vendors that Humber College is preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP) document for the 110 Carrier Drive Addition Project. A formal RFP document with the complete scope and specifications will be posted subsequently on MERX in the near future.

Brief Scope:

Humber College Institute of Technology & Innovation is preparing an RFP for the construction of a 16,620 ft2 addition to Humber’s Centre for Trades and Technology located at 110 Carrier Drive in Etobicoke, Ontario. The project will be phased over 3 consecutive years with the first year ending on March 31, 2022. Year-end construction targets must be met to satisfy funding requirements. The successful General Contractor will be selected through the RFP process.
