Dear Sir/Madam,

Hôpital Montfort is considering issuing a request for qualification or a request for proposal to select a number of dedicated firms that will address various projects related to the management of its facilities for an annual budget up to $2M.
Having become aware of your expertise in this field, we would like to obtain additional information about your company and assess your capacity and interest in meeting our needs.
In this context, we would like to arrange a visit to Montfort Hospital along with an information session to allow you to appreciate the scope of our projects and understand our expectations regarding hospital facility management.
We would be honored to welcome you on Monday, June 19th, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 AM for this information session.
