Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by l’Hôpital Montfort (“HM”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Safety Alert Solution as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Hôpital Montfort is looking to purchase a Safety Alert System and Devices for our Mental Health and Emergency Departments. The system needs to have WIFI and be able to have geolocation. The alert signal should be less then 3 seconds and be able to integrate with our Connex All server.

HM currently has satellite out patient clinics in Rockland 2471 Rue Chamberland, Ont K4K 0B8 and Vanier 290 Rue Dupuis, Ont, K1L 1A2. They would require a alert system and device that would connect directly with the regional police.

HM staff regularly do home patient visits. They will also be required to carry a device with geolocation and the capabilities to alert the regional police.

All devices should be portable with an easy access button, built to last and easy to clean.
