HM_NRFP_2021-22-0027 - Patient Entertainment and Collaboration Solution

This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by l’Hôpital Montfort (“HM”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Patients Entertainment and Collaboration Solution (“PECS”) , as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
This NRFP uses an innovation procurement approach: which focuses on identifying the desired outcomes within an established operational and technical framework, to allow proponents to propose innovative solutions.
Specifically, this NRFP uses an innovation partnership model, in which HM intends to enter into an agreement with the Preferred Proponent for the research and development of the Solution  , and at the option of HM, the purchase the Solution.   
The NRFP will include 2 negotiations phases. The second and final negotiation will be subject to a successful Proof of Concept (the “POC”).
The terms of the POC will be negotiated during phase 1. The POC is expected to  have a duration of 1 to 3 months, use a maximum of 40 devices and be subject to a maximum of a cost-based pricing method.
