Description

Hôpital Montfort (HM) is in the process of replacing its internal telephone system. In doing so, HM wish to update its PSTN connectivity (currently consisting of three primary rate interface (PRI) links at one site) with reliable, cost effective session initiation protocol (SIP) trunks services. The new SIP service shall offer redundant services for inbound and outbound calling. The new SIP services will require high availability customer premise equipment (CPE) installed at Hôpital Montfort and the Orleans Health Hub. These sites will be networked together via one 10 Gbit fiber optic link. Alongside with this process, HM will also evaluate updating of other telecommunication related services such as long-distance services and provisioning of PSTN analog (e.g. Centrex) business lines.
