Description

Hôpital Montfort has a requirement to buy PACS Monitors with compatible video card. The purpose of this Request For Quotation (RFQ) is to describe the detailed that needs to be provided by the supplier. Hôpital Montfort is looking for an initial purchase of 28 PACS monitors, 2 large PACS mammo monitors and 18 compatibles color video card. Other purchase may happen during the term of the agreement but theirs is no warranty on volumes.

It is expected that the term of the proposal shall be valid for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to negotiate the extend the term of the Proposal on the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional year.
The evaluation of this RFQ will be based on pricing only.
