This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by l’Hôpital Montfort (“HM”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Medical communication devices, as further described in Section A of the NRFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Hôpital Montfort is looking to implement a communication medical device, most likely an android smart phone. The scope of the project is replacing the existing 200 plus wireless phones. These devices shall receive alert notification from the bedside nurse call system via the ConnexAll application. Additional functions are to scan the patient bracelet and medication to be administered. The Meditech Web POC will be the application used to manage the eMAR/BMV medication along with Imprivata single sign on. A third functionality is to provide secure texting and communication for the health-care providers. The vendor should have the capacity to build the images as a turn-key solution and a long-term relationship.
