This Request for Quotation ("RFQ") is an invitation by Hopital Montfort ("Hospital") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of supply, deliver, configure and installation of (if requested as well Optional Items on an as and when requested basis, under a minimum Three (3) year agreement with optional two (2) one (1) -year renewal extensions.

This RFQ is issued for the purpose of obtaining Quotations for laptop computers & Docking Stations various other accessories.
Project Requirements / Tasks and Deliverables

Must be able to deliver by 15:00hrs March 31st forty (40) HP Spectre Pro x360 G2 laptops.
Must be able to deliver by 15:00hrs March 31st forty (40) Startek USB 3.0 Docking Stations
