HM intends to establish a list of pre-qualified Commercial Mechanical, Electrical, and General Contractors who would be solicited to complete related mechanical, electrical and/or general contractor work as required at HM, in Ottawa, Ontario. Those Contractors would become part of a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement, also referred herein as the Qualified Mechanical, Electrical and General Contractors List. Accordingly, this RFSQ aims at identifying, evaluating and selecting those Mechanical, Electrical and General Contractors.
