Leadership Psychometric Assessments for employees of the House of Commons Administration

Introduction

As part of a Leadership and Management Development Strategy, the House of Commons (HoC) Administration is looking to establish a panel of service providers to provide Psychometric Assessments that will assess leaders in identifying their strengths and determine areas for development. The results of these assessments will support the creation of an individual Development Plan for employees currently in leadership roles and those aspiring to become leaders. These plans will be used for professional development purposes.

The HoC Administration has approximately 150 employees in leadership roles.
