Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the House of Commons (HoC) to prospective Bidders to submit proposals for the provision of temporary help services to fill the professional highly specialized and/or unique hard to fill types of roles on an as- and when needed basis, as further described in Appendix D – Statement of Requirements.

Bidders may submit a proposal within any of the following five (5) work streams, submitting one (1) proposal per work stream:

Work Stream 1 – Operations Personnel
Work Stream 2 – Financial Management and Procurement
Work Stream 3 – Trades and Other Services
Work Stream 4 – Printing Production Support
Work Stream 5 – Interior Design
