Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals must be electronically submitted to the House of Commons using the same MERX account that was used to order the original RFP documents.

Bidders are solely responsible for the delivery of their proposals in the manner and time prescribed. Proposals received after the Submission Deadline according to the MERX time clock will be rejected.

All proposals must include the following mandatory forms:

Proposal Submission Form (Appendix B), completed in its entirety and signed by an authorized representative of the Bidder.
Pricing Structure Form (Appendix C), completed in accordance with the instructions contained within Appendix C, Pricing Structure Form.

Other than inserting the information requested on these mandatory forms, a Bidder may not make any changes to any of the forms.
