Description

PURPOSE

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) constitutes an integral part of the health and wellness initiatives of the five (5) client institutions: House of Commons (HoC) and its four (4) partner institutions (Parliamentary Protective Services; the Library of Parliament; the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner and the Parliamentary Internship Programme), and is a key element in promoting work-life balance and in positioning our institutions as employers of choice.

2. INVITATION TO BIDDERS

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit proposals for the provision of an EFAP and On-site Crisis Support, and Wellness Workshops to the five (5) client institutions.

Bidders may submit a proposal for one or both of the following two (2) Work Streams; Bidders must submit one (1) proposal per Work Stream:

Work Stream 1:

An EFAP through which employees and their families can resolve personal, social, financial, legal or health problems.
On-site crisis support;
On-site non-crisis support,
On-site EFAP promotional events, and
Professional consultation/advisory services to managers and supervisors.

Work Stream 2:

Learn at Lunch Awareness Sessions; and
Wellness Workshops.
