This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the House of Commons (HoC) to prospective Bidders to submit proposals for the provision of mobile duress cellular and satellite monitoring systems, as further described in Appendix D – Statement of Requirements.

Bidders may submit a proposal for Work Stream 1, and/or Work Stream 2, or any combination of Work Streams by submitting one (1) proposal per Work Stream:
