Description

The House Of Commons' Multimedia Services (MMS) team under DSRP, requires the acquisition of an automated Resource and Event Management Software (REMS) to manage the resource coordination and all logistics required to manage events such as: Parliamentary and Non-Parliamentary broadcasts, HoC Committees, Senate Committees Senate Room Allocation, MMS Event Support and Broadcast resource management. This tool will allow the scheduling of all the Multimedia Operations and Support Resources required during Parliamentary and non-parliamentary sessions.
