For the provision and implementation of a bilingual (French/English) off-the-shelf Expense Management SaaS (Software as a Service) solution.  

The House of Commons Administration provides a range of services to support the office management of Members of Parliament, House Officers, and the House of Commons’ Administration. As expense data capture has evolved, services are also evolving to ensure adequate support of a changing mobile/hybrid workforce. An easy-to-use expense data capture solution is required to support tracking of expenses, management of reimbursements, and third-party integration. Additionally, the solution will enable enhanced management of expenses through automation while ensuring the security of Members of Parliament and the successful delivery of the finance services provided.
