FLE-15-2019 - Truck Mounted Combination Sewer Cleaner

The scope and purpose of this specification is to outline the specific requirements of the Corporation of Haldimand County in respect to a Demo Unit with less than 200 PTO hours or a New Unit with 66,000 lbs GVW tandem axle truck with a permanently mounted positive displacement sewer cleaning body to perform flushing and rodding of water mains and hydro excavating. The body to come complete with two (2) water tanks and one (1) debris tank with the ability to dump tanks via a double acting hydraulic dump hoist cylinder. The boom and pickup head to be a front end operation with a front mounted hose reel. Units for which tenders are submitted shall conform to the latest laws, rules and regulations of the Province of Ontario, and all relevant requirements of the Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards at the date of vehicle and equipment manufacture.
