PW-ES-18-070 - Pre-Engineering, Design and Contract Administration for Cast Iron Watermain Repl

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to engage the services of a qualified consulting engineering firm to conduct pre-engineering surveys, design, tender preparation and contract administration for the replacement of various sections of cast iron watermain over a four year period. Haldimand County staff have identified approximately 3000 meters of deficient cast iron watermain for replacement within the four year period.
