To aid the Consultant in the development of their work-plan, the following documentation and information will be provided by the County at the Kick-Off Meeting.

2006 Strategic Master Plan for Leisure Services;

2009 Trails Master Plan;

2016 Forest Strategy and Management Plan;

2016 Tourism Strategy;

Community Partnership Program initiatives past and in process

County event process and funding;

Trends and demands in recreation, sports, parks heritage and culture;

Local demographics;

and

Inventory of direct programs available.
