A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 31st at 10 a.m., meeting at the Oneida Roads Yard Building, 635 4th Line Road, Caledonia.
The scope of this work is to complete a Metal Roof Replacement at the Oneida Roads Yard Building, 635 4th Line Road, Caledonia, Ontario. The Roof Replacement will include Sloped Roof Deck 2.0 specified for complete removal and replacement construction. Approximate square footage equates to 4,800 square feet. In addition this scope of work is to obtain a cost to provide gutter and downspout repairs as required. The Contractor will be responsible for all work included within this Request for Tender and will be the “contractor” as defined by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
