PW-ES-17-012 - Drainage Petition MTO Highway 3 and 56, Canfield

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to engage the services of a qualified Consulting Engineer to conduct the necessary survey, design, meetings, report preparation, tender preparation and contract administration to create drainage works servicing the area at or near the intersection of Highway 3 and Haldimand Road 56 near Canfield in Haldimand County. The report is to be prepared pursuant to Section 4 of the Drainage Act R.S.O. 1990. The drainage petition has been signed by the Ministry of Transportation and primarily the drainage works will need to service the proposed improvements at the intersection of Highway 3 and County Road 56; and other improvements may be required resulting from meetings with adjacent landowners.
