Description

Submissions to be sealed in an envelope and submitted as required within this document clearly identified including your company name, the bid name, number, closing date and addressed to: Manager Support Services/designate Haldimand County 45 Munsee Street, Cayuga, ON N0A 1E0 before 2:00:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2018.

A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 6th, 2018 at 2:00 PM, meeting at the Dunnville Standpipe, 229 Park Avenue East, Dunnville, Ontario. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); safety boots and safety glasses at a minimum, must be worn throughout the duration of the site visit.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
