Description

Grand River Hospital is investigating software and hardware designed to provide a safe and reliable method to document and validate the compounding of parenteral medications. GRH is seeking qualified vendors to provide and install the software and hardware that best meets the requirements as stated below and within the RFQ document.

Requirements

Camera verification system must meet the NAPRA Model Standards for sterile compounding
Camera verification system must be able to provide easy electronic auditability and traceability of prepared products
Camera verification system must be compliant to be used within a sterile work environment
Provide separate pricing for training, implementation, equipment, ongoing maintenance and annual fees if applicable
Camera verification system with the option of gravimetric is strongly preferred
