Description

The Hospitals (Grand River Hospital and St. Mary’s General Hospital) are seeking an experienced and innovative agency to partner with us in developing a compelling brand identity and an integrated website that reflects our new direction and commitment to excellence in healthcare. This RFP has been split into 2 Categories, to allow bidders to provide proposals on Branding Services and/or Website Redesign. Agencies may choose to bid on one, or both categories. The Hospitals would prefer to work with a single vendor who is able to bid on both Categories of service.

Category 1 – Branding Services (August/Sept 2024 start)
Category 2 – Website Redesign (December 2024 start)

Branding work will need to occur first, before website work can begin, and must include a proposed name for the new, single merged hospital corporation. Endorsement of the new name must occur by both Hospital Boards in November 2024, and approval required by the Ministry of Health by December 2024.
