Description

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by Grand River Hospital (GRH) and St. Mary's General Hospital (SMGH) to prospective Proponents to submit a proposal for the provision of Healthcare Facility Planning Services and establishing a VOR (Vendor of Record) for future projects/needs as required by GRH and SMGH.As projects arise throughout the term of the established VOR agreement, vendors from our prequalified VOR list will be invited to bid on healthcare facility planning services/projects required by GRH and/or SMGH. Suppliers who do not participate in the pre-qualification process (RFSQ) or who do not appear on the awarded VOR list may be excluded from future opportunities for these services.
