Description

Electrical and plumbing contractors are invited to bid on the supplies and services required prior to the installation of home hemodialysis equipment in patients’ homes. It is expected that about 20 home installations per year will be required. The contract term will be for 3 years, with 2 x 1 year option periods if agreed upon by both parties.

Grand River Hospital must comply with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canadian European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA) and the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act (BPSAA), 2010 (Bill 122) including mandatory requirements of the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive, the Broader Public Sector Expenses Directive and Directives to Hospitals in respect of Reporting Requirements under the BPSAA.
