Description

The work of this project is identified as GRH – Garage Preventative Maintenance 2018 as outlined by the document for WalterFedy Project No. 2012-0249-17.
.1      This project generally consists of the following:
.1      Removing delaminated concrete, cleaning and protecting reinforcing and preparing surfaces of concrete and applying cementitious patches on the vehicle ramps and guardrails.
.2      Remove and replace existing expansion joints to all vehicle ramps and repair any damage to concrete slab and waterproofing topping on the slab.
.3      Repair mastic asphalt topping as required and sealant around perimeter of all vehicle ramps.
.4      Remove deteriorated sealant and metal flashing around doors and perimeter of stair towers. Install new backer rod, sealant, and metal flashing.
