The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission (“WorkplaceNL”) is inviting prospective Applicants to submit proposals for global custody, performance measurement and/or securities lending services for the investments of WorkplaceNL. This should include settlement, safekeeping, delivery, investment accounting, income collection, securities valuation, investment performance reporting, compliance reporting, short-term cash investments, and other services in connection with these investments.
WorkplaceNL reserves the right to contract with one provider of services, to provide the required regional services. The term of the agreement will be for a period three (3) years. WorkplaceNL will, in its sole discretion, have an option to extend the agreement for an additional term of two (2) years on the same terms and conditions. Should needs be identified or conditions change during the original agreement, the needs and/or conditions may be addressed in the Extension Agreement but pricing for the items identified in the original agreement will remain firm.
