Additional Bidding Instructions

Applicants must provide two separate cost breakdowns (1) Core Implementation and, (2) Optional Implementation as described in Section 1.5 herein.
Applicants must upload their proposal via www.merx.com. (Schedule “C” – Electronic Proposal Submission Instructions).
Applicants must use the Pricing Table, Appendix “A” to identify all one-time and annual fees associated with the implementation and use of the Solution. For the purpose of the evaluation, a five-year total cost of ownership model will be used to compare the proposals.
