Description

As of June 1, 2022, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador is suspending the Mandatory Vaccination Policy. To reflect this change, Vaccine Declarations are no longer required by the Regional Health Authorities or the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information and the General Terms and Conditions for all open calls have been updated accordingly to reflect changes to clauses 5.4 (Tender Terms & Conditions) and 6.4 (RFP Terms & Conditions). See attached notice.
