Description

Central Regional Health Authority (Central Health) is administering this RFP on behalf of Eastern Health Regional Health Authority (Eastern Health) to submit proposals for the provision of an agile supply chain and additive-manufacturing-as-a-service solution. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

The term of the agreement will be for a contract period of three (3) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years.

Eastern Health is a member of the CAN Health Network and by participating in this RFP, each Proponent acknowledges and agrees that any current or future member of the CAN Health Network may purchase goods and/or services from the agreement(s) resulting from this RFP, on the same terms and conditions as the participating purchasers listed above.

The successful respondent(s) will be required to allow any or all of the Health Organizations (Eastern Regional Health Authority, Western Regional Health Authority, Labrador-Grenfell Regional Health Authority, Central Regional Health Authority, and NL Centre for Health Information) to avail of the goods and services outlined in the specifications.

The scope of this RFP is focused on the unique requirements of Eastern Health. Due to this, each Health Organization will negotiate a new contract under a separate set of terms and pricing.
