- Tender for the lease of office space, in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, for Memorial University of Newfoundland (The University) in accordance with Appendix “A” Specifications and Appendix “B” Proposed Lease.
- Bid documents and information may be obtained by contacting either one of the three (3) service providers (BIDS, PODS OR MERX) used by the University.
- Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope, before the closing time, clearly marked with the tender name and number on the outside of the envelope and delivered to the Tendering Section, Department of Facilities Management, Room FM-2031, Facilities Management Building, Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s Campus, St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada, A1C 5S7.
- Tenders will be publicly opened the next business day immediately following the tender closing time as indicated in the bid documents and the opening will take place at the Department of Facilities Management, Facilities Management Building, Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s Campus, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, A1C 5S7.
- This procurement opportunity is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade and the Atlantic Procurement Agreement, if applicable.
- Bidders acknowledge that Memorial’s procurement process is subject to the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act 2015, SNL 2015 c. A-1.2 (‘ATIPPA, 2015’). The financial value of any contract awarded will be publicly released as part of the award notification to the preferred supplier. Any records a bidder supplies to Memorial may be subject to requests under the ATIPPA, 2015. In the event of a request to Memorial for third party business information in its custody and control, information can be withheld only if it meets all parts of the 3-part harms test for non-disclosure as stated in section 39 of the ATIPPA, 2015. It is the responsibility of the bidder to identify any information in the bid that may qualify for an exemption from disclosure under subsection 39(1) of the ATIPPA, 2015.
