Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the following address. Please ensure the RFP number and name is indicated on the outside of the envelope.

Those who wish to submit their proposal by fax or email may do so by sending it marked with the RFP number and name to fax (709)864-7909 or email tenders@mun.ca.
Proposals will be opened publicly in the Arts & Administration Building, Room A1017 shortly after the closing on the date specified.
In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled proposal closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for those proposals will be extended to the next business day for the University at the same time as listed originally.
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any proposal.
