Requests for Proposal are invited and will be received up to 3:00 p.m. Newfoundland Standard Time, Monday, January 21, 2019 for the above referenced RFP with a public opening to follow in Room IIC – 2015P.

In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled RFP closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for the RFP will be extended to the next business day for the University and at the same time as listed originally.
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
