Multi Dissolved Oxygen Optical Monitoring and Control Instrument
Tenders are invited and will be received up to 10:30 a.m. (Newfoundland Standard Time) Thursday
August 15th, 2019 for the above referenced tender with a public tender opening to follow.
Tender documents must be obtained from a service provider.

Tenders shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender for Multi Dissolved Oxygen
Optical Monitoring and Control Instrument” including tender number and addressed to:

Department of Financial and Administrative Services, Room A2022 Arts and Administration Building

Those who wish to submit their tender by fax, may do so by sending it marked "Tender for Multi
Dissolved Oxygen Optical Monitoring and Control Instrument" including tender number to
(709)864-7909. Bids may also be submitted via email to tenders@mun.ca. Please note that all
submissions must be accompanied by a signed "Invitation to Tender" form.
Confirmation of receipt of tender bids will not be provided. Bidders are expected to rely upon the
transmission report from their fax machine, a read receipt from their email client, or a proof of
delivery (POD) from their carrier.
Tender submissions will be opened publicly in room A1004, Arts and Administration Building at the
time and date specified.
In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled
tender closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for those tenders will be
extended to the next business day for the University at the same time as stated originally.
Memorial University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender bid.
