MU-103-18: School of Music,
Supply of Retrofit Lamps for MU-1045
This project generally consists of the supply and delivery of new retrofit lamps for existing light
fixtures in MU-1045.
The open call must be submitted in a sealed envelope, before the closing time, clearly marked
with the open call name and number on the outside of the envelope and delivered to the
Department of Facilities Management, outside FM2031. Facilities Management Building,
Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, NL, Canada, A1C 5S7. Responses to the
open call are invited and will be received not later than 3 p.m. (Newfoundland Local Time) on
Thursday, October 24, 2019, for the above call, and a Public Opening will be held at that same
time.
This procurement opportunity is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade
and the Atlantic Procurement Agreement, if applicable.
Electronic copies of plans and specifications are now available at no charge by calling (709)
864-4479. Also, copies may be picked up in Room FM-2028, Facilities Management Building,
St. John's campus upon deposit of a non-refundable cheque or money order (made payable
to MUN) in the amount of $25 (HST included).
