EN-154-17: Engineering Building, New Lab Furniture for EN-2076D
This project generally consists of supply only of modular furniture.
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope, before the closing time, clearly marked with the
tender name and number on the outside of the envelope and delivered to the Tendering Section,
Department of Facilities Management, outside FM2031. Facilities Management Building, Memorial
University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, NL, Canada, A1C 5S7. Tenders are invited and will be
received not later than 3 p.m. (Newfoundland Local Time) on Thursday, August 22, 2019, for the
above tender(s), and a Public Tender Opening will be held at that same time.
This procurement opportunity is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade and
the Atlantic Procurement Agreement, if applicable.
Electronic copies of plans and specifications are now available at no charge by calling (709)
864-4479. Also, copies may be picked up in Room FM-2028, Facilities Management Building, St. John's
campus upon deposit of a non-refundable cheque or money order (made payable to MUN) in the amount
of $25 (HST included).
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
