2019 for the above referenced Open Call for Bids, with a public bid opening to follow at 10:30 am.

Bids must be submitted on our official “Invitation to Open Call for Bids” form along with an electronic
copy on a USB, placed in a sealed envelope, and hand carried to the following address. Please ensure
the Open Call for Bids number and title is indicated on the outside of the envelope.

Bid Submissions will be publicly opened in the Arts & Administration Building, Room A1004,
St. John’s Campus on the date and time specified above.
In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a schedule bid
closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for those Open Calls will be extended to
the next business day for the University at the same time as listed originally.
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
