Tenders are invited and will be received up to 3:00 p.m. (Newfoundland Standard Time), Friday, January 4, 2019 for the above referenced tender with a public tender opening to follow.
Tender documents must be obtained from a service provider.

Tenders shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender for Bead Mill" including tender number and addressed to:

Those who wish to submit their tender by fax, may do so by sending it marked "Tender for Bead Mill" including tender number to (709)864-7909. Please note that all submissions must be accompanied by a signed "Invitation to Tender" form.
Confirmation of receipt of tender bids will not be provided. Bidders are expected to rely upon the transmission report from their fax machine, or a proof of delivery (POD) from their carrier.
Tender submissions will be opened publicly in room C2012A, Chemistry/Physics Building at the time and date specified.
In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled tender closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for those tenders will be extended to the next business day for the University at the same time as stated originally.
Memorial University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender bid.
