HH-511-18, Mathematics Building, Phase II Asbestos Encapsulation
This project generally consists of the supply of all labour, equipment and materials for the
encapsulation of asbestos containing thermal insulation located on the perimeter steel of the
2nd and 3rd levels of the Mathematics Building.
There will be a site briefing held at Henrietta Harvey on Thursday, August 01, 2019.
Briefing Location: Main entrance, Level 2.
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope, before the closing time, clearly marked with
the tender name and number on the outside of the envelope and delivered to the Tendering
Section, Department of Facilities Management, outside FM2031. Facilities Management
Building, Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, NL, Canada, A1C 5S7. Tenders are
invited and will be received not later than 3 p.m. (Newfoundland Local Time) on Thursday,
August 8, 2019, for the above tender(s), and a Public Tender Opening will be held at that same
time.
This procurement opportunity is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade
and the Atlantic Procurement Agreement, if applicable.
