Proposals are invited and will be received until 3:00 P.M., Newfoundland & Labrador Time, Wednesday, July 4th, 2018 for the request for proposal indicated above.

Bids must be submitted on the “Invitation to Tender” form (See Appendix C), placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the RFP Solicitation # and name and addressed to:
Department of Facilities Management, Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland
20 University Drive, Corner Brook, NL A2H 5G4
Fax bids will not be accepted; however, amendments to bids will be accepted by fax at (709) 639-2394 up to closing time on the date indicated above.
Tenders will be opened publicly in Room AS 280, Arts and Science Building, Grenfell Campus at the time and date indicated.
In the event that the Grenfell Campus, Memorial University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled tender closing for that day, or for a full day, the closing date for those tenders will be extended to the next business day for the Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland at the same time as listed originally.
Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid on this Request for Proposals. This RFP is issued “PENDING FUNDING”.
